We advance on the subject of equality. We put on in the hands of the Fundación Mujeres and develop a Plan of Equality that us will allow to integrate the beginning of equity of treatment among men and women into the work area and to continue advancing towards the effective parity between both sexes in the organization.
The Fundación Mujeres, in the diagnosis prior to the plan, stands out the commitment of the winery with the equality of women and men in a sector that was traditionally predominantly masculine. A commitment that was already acquired in the first stages of the company and that it continued throughout the years and if it does patents in the face of the progressive increase of women in the business group.
They indicate besides that the responsibility of Martín Códax in relation about this for the equality of gender it is also visible thanks to his participation in projects as the Integra, whose goal cofinanced by the Ministry of Rural and sea middle, FEADER and Land-Alimentarias Cooperatives it is to support the participation of the women in the areas of taking of decision of cooperatives. Finally, the same foundation highlights the effort of the cellar for increasing the feminine presence in the company in the last years with the same conditions as the rest of staff as well as the sensitivity of the cooperative with regard to the needs for conciliation of the laborar life, relative and staff of the equipment.
