Last Friday, the Association of Friends of Valle Inclán, presented the new number of its magazine “Cuadrante” in our winery.
Nearly 60 people, among partners, amateurs and press attended this presentation where the Adviser of Culture Xesús Vázquez and the General Secretary of Culture, Angel Lorenzo, were also present. Vázquez highlighted “the Galician essence in the literature of Valle Inclán” and the president of the Association, Joaquín Valle Inclán, announced that for the 150 anniversary, that it will be celebrated in three years, they will edit a biography of the playwright.
José Martínez Chantada, president of the winery, also wanted to thank to the Association, that once again they chose our facilities for the presentation of the magazine and praised the work of the Association that for almost 15 years it developed lathe to the figure of Valle Inclán with the aim of recovering his oral, written and also architectonic memory.
Authors as Rodolfo Cardona, Antonio Gago, Victoria Martínez or Manuel Alberca took part in this new edition of the Quadrant magazine and the goal, according to the Association, is to penetrate with it into the American cultural circuits with special relevance in Mexico.
